Finally making Basmati rice.

Okay, I had these "comino" seeds in my pantry for ages, not knowing what the hell it was. Turns out comino is Spanish for cumin.

I learned that we had cumin for ages and it took me until Chuck Hughes going to Mexico to learn that. Jesus, why the fuck didn't I use Google?

But, yay. Today is a successful culinary milestone since I made a shitload of food with my mom for our visitors.
